Heat the product to exactly 97 degrees, then mix it with a salt-water solution (one part HeadOn to 3 parts salt water solution), stirring slowly. Allow to sit for 30 minutes, in a well-ventilated area. Then using the custom applicator tube (not included), apply directly to the forehead.
I think the makers of Head On also sell another product. I've seen a similarly annoying commercial, but their marketing stragey doesn't work. I can't think of the product's name or what it's even used for.
